Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Sale/discounted items and personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Ship the product back to us securely in its original condition.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for size or style), please mention it when contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
